Web design for contractors and trades

Trades websites live or die on two things: proof that you do good work, and how little effort it takes to ask you for a price.

Design around the quote request

A homeowner comparing three contractors is not reading your mission statement. They want to see similar jobs you've finished and then send you a message without filling out twelve fields.

We put a short quote form on every service page and make the phone number tappable everywhere, including a pinned bar on mobile. Photo uploads are worth including — a picture of the space saves you a trip.

  • Short quote form with optional photo upload
  • Click-to-call and click-to-text on every page
  • Gallery organized by job type, not one long dump
  • Plain list of counties and towns you serve
  • Licensing, insurance and warranty stated up front

Service pages beat a single brochure page

People don't search for "contractor." They search for deck builder, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, siding, fence installation. Each of those is its own page with its own description and its own photos.

That structure is also what lets a small local site compete with bigger companies: you can go deeper on the specific work you do than a general contractor's one-page site ever will.

Show the work honestly

We never put stock photos of somebody else's job on a trades site. If your photo library is thin, we start with what you have and build the gallery so you can add jobs from your phone as you finish them.

Common questions

I get all my work from Facebook. Do I need a website?
A Facebook page can't be found in Google search the way a website can, and you don't control it. Most contractors keep both — the page for regulars, the site for people searching for the service today.
Can the form text me when a lead comes in?
Yes. Quote requests can go to your email, your phone by text, or both.
What if I only serve a couple of counties?
Better. A tight, clearly stated service area helps you rank locally and cuts down on calls you'd turn away anyway.
